Customer Service Representative GL’30s

·         Pay Rate: $19.00

·         Shift: 1st (8am-4:30pm) Monday-Friday

·         Job Duties: Handling customer inquiries via email and phone calls. Entering data into the computer, providing knowledge to help customers with any issues. Assisting with answering phone calls in a timely manner as well as corresponding to emails accordingly and effectively. 

·         Requirements: Must be bilingual in English and Spanish. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Resumes and Interviews are required. Previous experience working in an office setting is required (2years) Must have reliable transportation and live around the area of Chicago (preferred).
