Powder Coating Shift Manager

·         Pay Rate: $20-$25 BOE   

·         Shift: 2^nd (2:30 pm-11 pm) 

·         Job Duties: Seeking an experienced 2nd Shift Manager, must have 5 years of powder coating experience, have good communication skills, understand powder coating processes and equipment, and possess strong managerial skills. An individual in this position will be responsible for 2nd shift operations of the plant.

·         Requirements: Must pass E-Verify, DT, and BG check. Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience with powder coating. Knowledge of Wagner or Gema manual and automatic guns preferred. Must have leadership skills, effective communication, and reliability. Must speak English (80%). Resumes and Interviews required. This is a temp to hire position after completing the 90 working days.
